Students who live on campus are a part of a 富二代视频 who are expected to live by the Resident Student Handbook and University Student Policies. These are important expectations to understand as they help provide a 富二代视频 where all students can live, learn and flourish. If you decide that on-campus housing is no longer for you, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation process.

Housing & Meal Plan Rates | This complete listing of rates covers all on-campus housing (Traditional, Apartment, and Suite style) categorized by Academic year rate or Semester rate. Details and rates for Resident Meal Plans are also included. Each plan is listed by cost per semester and its features. |

Laundry | Laundry is included in your on-campus living so you do not need to worry about having enough quarters or loading money onto your ID card. Simply load the machine and hit start. Laundry Maintenance Requests | Students living on campus should submit their own requests to the laundry vendor when they notice that a machine is not working as it should. Students will need to know the unique 3 digit 3 letter code for the machine with the issue when submitting a request. | |

Maintenance Requests |
Students living on campus should submit their own maintenance requests for any concerns with their residence hall rooms using the online . If a student is having an immediate emergency regarding something in their room (water leak, unable to lock door) they should call Residence Life during business hours or after hours call Public Safety's non emergency line at 651-962-5100. |

Medical/Disability Accommodation Requests |
Various styles of housing options are provided for medical and/or disability accommodation requests. Accommodations include rooms, restrooms and shower areas designed to accommodate students. |

Renters Insurance | Unfortunately incidents can happen while living within the Residence Halls (i.e., power surges/outages, floods, fire, vandalism, theft, facility failures), please check with your homeowners insurance regarding coverage and/or consider purchasing Renters Insurance for your personal items. | |
Resident Student Handbook | Students living on-campus are responsible for reading both the Resident Student Handbook and the University Student Policies as part of the conditions of their stay in campus housing. |
