2024 Summer Student Housing
Summer Housing is available for enrolled St. Thomas students and recent May St. Thomas graduates from the end May until the first week of August.
The application for summer housing is available starting in March and needs to be completed by Sunday, April 28. The summer housing application can be found in the Student Housing System in Murphy Online. Please refer to this guide if you need any assistance completing the application. If you sign up for Summer Housing, you are agreeing to these terms.
Priority is given to students who are taking classes, working on campus, or engaged in summer research on campus.
If you are not a St. Thomas student or recent graduate and interested in Summer Housing while interning in the Twin Cities for the summer, please visit the Conference & Event Services site to inquire about the Summer Intern Housing Program.
